Juhyun Kim
Mr. Kim is a partner of D.CODE Law Group and is qualified in Korea. Mr. Kim’s main areas of practice include construction dispute, trust businesses such as real estate PF business, general corporate litigation, and corporate governance and management dispute(hostile M&A), corporate bankruptcy, disputes regarding business secrets, and various corporate criminal cases. He has worked as a partner of Shin & Kim’s Construction & Real Estate Group. Mr. Kim has successfully advised numerous management dispute cases of various corporates, and general litigation and advisory cases. He also conducted dispute cases of construction and real estate trust business, representing construction companies, trust companies, and constructive developer companies. Mr. Kim also successfully conducted various types of bankruptcy cases, dispute cases regarding infringement of major corporates’ business secrets, and various criminal cases.
