Hyuntae Bang
Mr. Bang is a partner of D.CODE Law Group and is qualified in Korea. Mr. Bang’s main areas of practice include white-collared crimes, real estate, entertainment crimes, administrative crimes, criminal litigations, and more.
After working as a prosecutor, Mr. Bang joined Shin & Kim’s Criminal & Taxation Group. For many years, Mr. Bang carried out criminal litigation work and legal consultations at the inspection stage, representing multiple companies and executive members in fields of telecoms, construction, and manufacturing industries. In particular, Mr. Bang has successfully conducted consultations of ordinary corporate-criminal issues and inspection procedures.
