Mr. Song is a partner of D.CODE Law Group and is qualified in Korea. Mr. Song’s main areas of practice include general corporate litigation, corporate governance, management dispute(hostile M&A), corporate rehabilitation & workout, labor disagreements, corporate criminal cases, and more. Mr. Song has worked as a partner of Shin & Kim’s Corporate Dispute Group, and has been conducting civil and criminal litigations on behalf of many listed and unlisted companies. Mr. Song is successfully conducting cases of management dispute, corporate rehabilitation, and corporate criminal cases.
